Get rid of termites with professional termite treatment
In Malaysia, the most common termites that infester in thousands of places each year is dry wood and subterranean species. They are known to seriously damage wooden structures but can also attack food, furniture, books, and other items without the right termite treatment.
So, the best way for termite control is to first identify the source, then determine the type of termite. Afterward, apply an action plan to control the infestation.

We provide a 10-year warranty of structures with our use of Timbor. It is organic and safe for the environment.
Timbor is the ideal insecticide as it has been used for more than 80 years in the US, Australia, and New Zealand. We apply Timbor on walls, timber structures, piping, and electric points.
TERMITE TREATMENT & PREVENTION
The most ideal time to prevent and treat termites is during the renovation or construction of a place. This is because there is no need to clear the space hence easier termite control. However, you can also apply termite control at other times using a number of cost-effective services to keep termites out.
How to detect a termite infestation in your home.
TERMITE MONITORING
It is the process of installing stations in common termite invasion places to monitor termite activity. Termite control experts then examine them from time to time, preferably once every 3 months. Once we detect termites, we will bait with termite feed every 1 – 2 weeks depending on the colony size. Most of the time, the termites will be terminated after a few months.
COLONY TERMINATING BY BAITING
The termite baiting system attracts and terminates termite colonies. It is a safe and non-invasive way that includes an active constituent Insect Growth Regulator (IGR) and Chlorfluazuron. When termites feed on this bait, they transfer the IGR throughout the colony undetected and eventually terminate the whole colony. This works for in-ground and above-ground stations for active termite invasion.
SOIL / TERMITE TREATMENT
During pre-construction and renovation, termite control experts apply a termite preventive method also known as a soil treatment on the structure. It acts as a chemical barrier for the soil so subterranean termites do not invade the structure.
Common chemicals for soil treatment:
Repellent :
This chemical repels termites, hence they will avoid the area.
Non-repellant :
This chemical is undetectable by other termites. Once termites are in contact with it, they will transfer the chemical to other termites. Hence, it will destroy the termite nest.
This treatment can last up to 10 years depending on the exact type of chemical used and the condition of the structure.
CORRECTIVE TREATMENT / SLAB INJECTION
A corrective treatment or slab injection is applied as a chemical barrier beneath floor slabs.
Common chemicals for slab injection:
Repellent :
Termites are repelled by this chemical, hence they will avoid the area.
Non-repellant :
This chemical is undetectable by other termites. Once termites are in contact with it, they will transfer the chemical to other termites. Hence, it will destroy the termite nest.
PERMANENT PROTECTION FOR TIMBER
Termites are known to invade timber. Therefore, it is highly recommended to protect every timber structure.
Timber protection generally lasts more than 20 years and is affordable. It is a safe, odorless, and long-lasting treatment for any timber structure.
There are many buildings in Malaysia that use this timber treatment during renovations and construction. These include the KLCC Convention Centre, IMPIANA KLCC, Bank Negara Financial Resource Centre, and the Royal Selangor Golf Club.
ELIMINATING TERMITES
There are a number of treatments to consider when you detect termite activity.
Usually, people without the right help buy regular mosquito, cockroach, or termite pesticides from the hardware store. However, although it may solve the problem for a while, it is not long-term.
Hence, following these methods below are much safer and long-lasting than opting for store-bought options.

POST-CONSTRUCTION TREATMENT
Also known as slab injection or corrective treatment, this treatment is generally safer as it uses a non-repellent and odorless chemical yet can exterminate a whole termite colony.
Non-repellant: This chemical is undetectable by other termites. Once termites are in contact with it, they will transfer the chemical to other termites. Hence, it will destroy the termite nest.
This treatment can last up to 5 years depending on the exact type of chemical used and the condition of the structure.
