Our technician visits to inspect for active termite activity, map entry points, and assess the ground floor layout. Drilling points and treatment scope are confirmed before any work begins.

Perimeter Drilling
Small holes (approx. 12mm diameter) are drilled at regular intervals along the interior perimeter of the ground floor, typically at the junction between the slab and wall base.

Termiticide Injection
A government-approved termiticide is injected under pressure through each hole, dispersing into the sub-slab soil to form a continuous chemical barrier against subterranean termite entry.

Patching & Finishing
All drilled holes are sealed and patched with cement. The treatment area is cleaned before our team leaves. Your technician will advise on any expected minor patching marks beforehand.

Warranty Issuance

Will the drilling damage my floor tiles?
